International Eco-Arts Residence “Theatre Ecology” in La Alberca and Salamanca

The first Eco-Arts Residence, as all the three Residencies, starts with 3 online Masterclasses on the main projectcore areas titled:
- Women, Myth, Theatre: Antigone, social inclusion and gender equality
- Theatre Ecology/Site-specific
- Augmented Reality Techniques for Performing Arts
It continues in person in the town of La Alberca and in the city of Salamanca (Spain). The activities of the first Residence include full- immersion rehearsals work for two weeks of the international group of artists for the preparation of the performance Antigone’s Cantica; face-to-face Masterclasses about the figure of Antigone; coworking sessions between artists and AVR experts; eco-artistic activities addressed to artists, especially migrant artists and the community that combine artistic actions in nature, intercultural heritage active citizenship participation, conviviality, walking experiences (The Seeds of life, Sunset Walks, Night Wake).
At the end of the Residence, the collective, multi-language, site-specific performance Antigone’s Cantica is presented in the natural environment.
